DELIVERY
We ship the packages with Fan Courier. The shipping costs 25 lei and it takes up to 3 days, depending on the location.
Delivery is free for orders of at least two Panda Hugs or for other limited periods displayed on the website.
RETURNS
Each order has a right of return within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the 14 days fall on a non-working day, the period shall be deemed to have expired on the first working day following the end of the period.

The parcel must be properly packed and can be sent via any courier company. The cost of return is borne by the buyer. No returns can be collected for which the shipment has not been paid.
The amount returned is the value of the order placed, excluding shipping.
Returned products must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as received. From the moment the return is received, if approved, the amount paid for it will be returned to the account indicated within 14 days.
