This document sets out the terms and conditions of use of www.panda-hug.com and the purchase of products through it.
By using this website or placing an order through it, you consent to the binding nature of these terms and it is absolutely necessary that you read these terms in full.

Supplier identification
The legal entity supplying is DACGOT PREMIUM PRODUCTS, with registered office in Sighisoara, Piața Cetății, nr. 6, jud. Mureș.
Using the site
By using the site and/or placing any order through it, you agree to the following: to use the site exclusively to request information or place orders in accordance with the law; not to place false or fraudulent orders; if we believe that such an order has been placed we reserve the right to cancel it without notifying the issuer and also to inform the competent authorities.
Displaying products
Colours, material texture, product shape or other visual elements may be displayed or perceived differently depending on the person and monitor used, web browser, operating system or device from which www.panda-hug.com is accessed.
The product name, product code, colour and any other specifications marked on www.panda-hug.com are for information purposes only and may not give rise to accusations.
We reserve the right to make changes in the presentation of products at any time without prior notice and without prior notification to buyers.
Availability of products
The products featured in the online shop www.panda-hug.com are generally available. If a product cannot be shipped, the Customer will be notified that the product they ordered has been removed from the order/invoice via the shipping email. Delivery will be subject to stock availability and the customer will only pay for products delivered. The customer can request shipment of the product when it is back in stock by sending an e-mail to www.panda-hug.com.
Shipping
Deliveries are in principle only available in Romania. Goods generally arrive within 3-5 working days from the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs
Your order placed on www.panda-hug.com is shipped via courier, shipping costs are between 20-30 lei. Orders of two or more adult Panda Hugs are delivered free of charge exclusively within Romania.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card (MasterCard and Visa). Pay immediately during the ordering process by entering your credit card details. Once dispatched, your credit card will be debited with the concrete invoiced amount, after deduction of discounts, vouchers etc. Goods which have been made to customer specifications or which are clearly personalised lead to your credit card being debited immediately with the concrete invoiced amount after deduction of discounts, vouchers etc.
Note: We will never send you an email asking you to make a payment to a specific bank account. Ignore any such emails and do not initiate payment.
Prices
The price of each product will be as displayed on www.panda-hug.com, unless errors have been made in the display.
If you have already placed an order and our team discovers that the price of the products was incorrect, you will be contacted and informed immediately and the order will be cancelled. Even if it is not possible to contact you to inform you, the order will be cancelled and if you have already paid the price, all the amounts advanced will be immediately refunded.
By simply displaying the products on the website we are under no obligation to sell any product at a lower price which has been erroneously displayed, if the price error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognised by you as such.
Prices shown on www.panda-hug.com include VAT, but do not include shipping costs (detailed under shipping costs)
Property reserve
Until full payment is made, the goods remain our property.
Contract language / order text storage
The contract is concluded in Romanian. The text of the order is not stored by us and cannot be accessed after the order procedure has been completed. You can, however, print out the order text immediately after submitting the order.
Closing the contract
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "Buy and place order" buttons, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. By clicking on the "Place Order" button, you explicitly acknowledge that if we accept your order, you will be obliged to pay the respective purchase price of the order. Acknowledgement of receipt of the order is issued immediately after the order is submitted and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We will accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by dispatching the goods within two days.
Instructions for withdrawal from the contract
12.1 Right of withdrawal
By law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
12.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to other means; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund. We may postpone the refund until the date we receive the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You may return the goods or hand them over to the courier without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the 14-day period has expired.
12.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
According to Article 16 of the Emergency Ordinance No 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which were not prefabricated and which require the consumer's individual choice or determination or which are clearly personalised, as well as to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Guarantee
Products purchased through www.panda-hug.com are subject to the conditions provided by Law 449/2003 and OG 21/1992.
If the goods delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including defects arising from the shipment, please complain immediately to us or to the employee of the carrier delivering the goods. However, failure to complain does not affect your legal rights. For all defects of the purchased goods that occur within the statutory warranty period, you have the option to request that the goods be brought into conformity, that the defects be rectified / redelivered and - if the legal requirements are met - other claims for price reduction or withdrawal from the contract and, in the case of damages, including recovery of damages and reimbursement of your expenses.

All rights to the photos belong to DACGOT PREMIUM PRODUCTS SRL. Their use without explicit prior approval is not permitted.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller is entitled to amend the Terms and Conditions unilaterally if necessary to adapt to changes in the legal or technical framework.
If, for any reason, any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, it shall be replaced by a valid provision that is as close in meaning to the original provision as possible.
The invalidity/invalidity of any clause/provision of these Terms and Conditions and/or Contract shall not affect the validity/enforceability of the other clauses/provisions, which shall continue to apply unchanged.
