HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Beneficiezi de un termen de 14 zile pentru a returna sau schimba produsul. Schimbul produsului este în totalitate gratuit. Pentru a returna produsul, te rugăm să ne comunici un cont bancar în care putem face returul banilor. Returul banilor durează aproximativ 14 zile lucrătoare. Costul transportului pentru produsul returnat este suportat de către client.
HOW CAN I WASH/CARE FOR MY HOODIE?
Panda Hug can be machine washed at 30 degrees C on gentle wash mode. We recommend washing the hoodie before the first wear.

Livrarea se poate face oriunde pe teritoriul României. Momentan nu se pot face livrări în străinatate.
